A Good Girl's Guide to Murder by Holly Jackson

My Rating: ★★★★

Five years ago, schoolgirl Andie Bell was murdered by Sal Singh. The police know he did it. Everyone in town knows he did it.

But having grown up in the same small town that was consumed by the murder, Pippa Fitz-Amobi isn't so sure. When she chooses the case as the topic for her final year project, she starts to uncover secrets that someone in town desperately wants to stay hidden.

And if the real killer is still out there, how far will they go to keep Pip from the truth?

I just loved this! It was way beyond my expectations. I was hooked on from the first page till the end.

This is definitely my favorite YA Mystery book. The main reason why I loved this book instantly was because Pip kind of reminded me of when I was younger. Growing up on Nancy Drew and Famous Five books, I used to always try to see if there any mystery lurking around so that I could play detective and try to solve them.

Alas! I wasn't as fortunate as Pip but reading this definitely brought back some memories.
